California based Acculoader has appointed A.D Recycling Solutions Ltd as the UK & Ireland agent to help support new & existing customers in with container loading. The Acculoader is specifically designed to pre-load 40ft containers and slide the material inside within as little as 10 minutes.

Ashvin Metals of Poulton, Lancashire invested in another Leopard 33 Baling press for their non ferrous operation. The baler has a compression force of 210t, nearly double of the outgoing Harris machine supplied by Birim Recycling.

Established processor Haughey Metals opted for a new Electric 16m Crane to feed their Metso 1000t Shear in Armagh. The 132kW Crane has a reach of 16m and can lift 4.2t at full reach

Essex scrap metal recycler Total Waste Management have taken delivery of their new 16M reach fully electric material handler to feed their new Liembach Shear. This new machine runs on a 132kW motor, Rexroth pump and is cheap and clean to run with no emissions. The manufacturer (Birim Makina) operates their complete factory on solar power with a negative impact on the environment.

South Wales scrap metal recycler GLJ Recycling opted are going green with their new Electric 16M Crane from manufactured the BIRIM solar powered factory in Izmir, Turkey. GLJ can now feed their Danielli Preshredder and Hammermill with one machine saving in fuel and capital costs.

St.Margarets recycling in Dublin have taken delivery of their new Lion 44 Baler to handle all their non ferrous scrap material. The lion is capable of baling aluminium swarf, extrusion, copper and steel cuttings. Bales weigh 80-150 kgs.
