After visiting Turkey and ordering a new BM6 Baling Press, Jon Marren required something whilst we built the new one. The site in Bursa had two new BM6 balers which had replaced this original BM5 machine. A deal was struck, so we shipped and commissioned it one month later. November 2007 - Bradford Moor (Iron & Steel) Ltd (BM5 Baler)

Bradford Moor is a medium sized scrap processing company. They previously used another 3-ram baling press for processing aluminium extrusion but struggled to get the maximum payload in their trucks. Having seen a similar model baling car body panels from the Fiat Motor Group in Bursa, Turkey baling steel clips at a rate of 14 tons/hour, it was clear that it was more than capable of superceding his older automatic press. Representatives from Ballyvesey Recycling Solutions visited our stand at the RWM'09 exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham and bought the BM2 Baling Press off the stand. December 2008 - J.Doyle Ltd (C600DT Shear/Baler)

J.Doyle's first Shear/Baler will now be the heart of their scrap processing operation. This 600T Shear will make short work of their structural, profile, light iron and ELV's. Our first new machine in Scotland is probably our flagship triple compression unit. Boasting a 1500mm x 2600mm loading box and 400mm x 400mm bales, this makes short work of steel clips, cuttings, rolls, sheets, cans and extrusion.
