Mizar range of pre-shredders shred bulky material allowing for faster granulation through our cable systems. Hydraulic and electric components are Bosch Rexroth, Siemens and Schneider. You can choose between the AC Single shaft Shredder and ASC Twin shaft shredder.
Mizar range of Cable Granulation systems process 100 - 1500 kgs of different grades cable. Material is fed by conveyor into the mill controlled by software which maximises production and protects the granulator from over feeding. Granulated cable is then passed through the allocated grid by air into the large vibrating separator which directs the copper granules and the plastic in opposite directions. Hydraulic and electric components are Bosch Rexroth, Siemens and Schneider. Machine components are CNC produced with CAD software and built to an extremely high standard.
