High Volume System
CROW ENVIRONMENTAL high volume system is a quick and simple system for effective de-polluting of End of Life Vehicles(ELV). The Vehicle De-pollution Unit (VDU) provides a packaged solution for removing all the required fluids from an ELV and pumping them to a fluid storage facility. The unit integrates a 3T scissor lift to access the underside of the vehicle, although it can be used with a static frame.
Vehicles are loaded sideways onto the scissor lift by a fork lift truck, the adjustable chocks on top of the lift bed support the vehicle by its sills whilst allowing the forks to be easily withdrawn and re-introduced after the de-pollution activity is complete.
